Do you think its possible to do one in Pantone PMS 159, CMYK 0,65,100,9 or RGB 191,87,0 (#bf5700)? Those are the exact color codes for the version of orange I'm looking for.

I can try. What is it? Does it have a Porsche or other mfg paint code? Absent that, I'd need to take it to the paint shop and pic a color from their thousands of color samples. But to do that, I'd need something in the exact color you're looking for...
It's the University of Texas' burnt orange color scheme. Branding guidelines here:

I can try to find a paint code, do you know what brand paint you'd be using?
It's automotive paint, probably ppg, but the codes tend to be from the car mfg's, not the paint company... Univerity of Texas orange can't be 'that' hard to figure out... It costs about $35 a can for custom paint like that, and I'm due for a trip to the paint shop this week, so let's see what we can find on the color....

I'll PM you the tracking number. I sent on March 2, and the tracking says it was processed through the Los Angeles International Distribution Center on March 9 and is in trasit to its destination. I can't imagine the Ukraine situation has helped any...

The tach and mode dial covers are much more time consuming (with lower success yield) so in fairness to those waiting, I am limiting full sets to active carpokes members (per post #298 in this thread). I'll be thrilled to make you each a full set, but I'd want to see you on the site, posting, setting up avatars, telling friends, etc. in order to offer up a full free set. This is a community-building perk, and nothing would make me happier than to see you become part of the community with a full set of bezels.

I have a light grey that is fairly close to chalk (but without all the nuance of real chalk). I'm also going to the paint shop later this week. For $35, I can get true chalk/crayon matched to the Porsche paint code if you want. Let me know.
Getting an exact match is typically mission critical if you have interior trim pained in exterior paint color; but otherwise less obvious. Chalk has unique qualities though, so up to you.
