New 2024 C2S arrived last week in PTS Oak Green Metallic! I'll see if I can scrounge up a few more pictures.

Plus, Oak Green Metallic is one of about three PTS finalist greens for me. I'm going to have one of the PTS greens eventually! I've not seen your color on an actual car and there's no such thing as too many good photos, so thanks for posting yours.

I've spent a lot of time over the past 8-months looking at the actual painted color chips in Porsche's PTS hard case (not the fan swatches) trying to decide, but it's not easy to determine what a car will actually look like. A friend who's in the same boat as I am have taken the diff greens for comparison out in the sun, into the shade and under artificial light trying to figure it out. It's not easy, at least not for me.

So, posting the pics of your Oak Green Metallic 911 is super helpful - plus I get to look at a gorgeous car! Congrats on that as it is indeed a looker that does take on different hues depending on the light. My PTS decision needle has moved back a bit towards OGM.

By the way, I'll expand your 911 theory a bit - you can't have too many Porsches!

It's easy to have a color choice turn out to be 85% of what you're hoping for because of lighting or sample variation or whatever. My decision was cemented after our local PCA club visited Bruce Canepa's shop near Santa Cruz, CA where he had about half a dozen 959s in-house for restoration. One of them was in oak green metallic ... and I was smitten! It's taken two years for all the stars to align, but my jaw went slack when it arrived last week. Green cars aren't for everyone, but I find this one stunning and is 100% of what I was chasing. Interesting side note ... prior to landing at Bruce's shop, the oak green 959 was a benchmark car purchased by Nissan to aid its development of the Skyline GT R. After receiving the Canepa treatment in Santa Cruz, it went to the Amelia Island auction earlier this year where it was exchanged for millions of dollars.
