Partially retired attorney myself, now spending most my time trying to make Carpokes the best Porsche forum on the internet.
I fear I'll never have the knees or back to get in and out of a 914 going forward, but love the 914-6. Our air-cooled section needs more love -- if ever inclined would love to see your avatar car in more detail!

Hi Guys, my name is Fernando Farias, I live in Monterrey México, I have a Porsche Shop, doing service and full restorations. Actually working on 15 911s, 912s, and 356
I drive a 2019 Carrera T with a 7 speed manual transmision, I really like it.
My first Porsche was a 69 911S, I found it in Texas and took it to México and restored it, that was in 2005.
I have been working on Porsches since 1983 when I started my Shop.
My love for the brand started in the early 70s, I spent my sumes in México City where I had an uncle that had several 911s, I spent time just looking at them, and I had a brother in law that had a 356B, he took me for many unforgetable rides.

Welcome aboard Fernando! Great to have more pro's joining the board! I had a former workmate/friend from Monterrey (for many generations) and he just longed to get back -- looked beautiful in his family pictures.
What color is that 992? Maybe just the lighting in the picture but it looks half way between Guards Red and Lava Orange??

The Carrera T is a 991.2 its Guards red, I will get some pictures of the cars we are working on, thanks.
