Earlier his week ordered the Frog Venom rear spoiler, today ordered the Techart front spoiler. GTS will be spoiled?
Congrats! Did you order from Suncoast? Item number TECHART718FRSP? If so, which finish? I would love to see it after installed, and would also like to see the part prior to installation. I cant seem to find a pic of it either way.
I ended up ordering directly from TechArt in Germany. I ordered the basic front lip spoiler, did not want to introduce carbon fiber to the outside of the car. When I receive it I will post pictures, assuming the basic black lip will match the other black portions of the front bumper. If not I would considering painting all of the parts gloss black.

I will probably order as well, and also avoid the CF. Thank you for offering to post pics.

I must be odd, but I like the orange ones.
I KNOW I am odd, and I prefer the orange as well.
What's really interesting for those of us touting the clear side markers is that when on, the lights are orange no matter whether the lens is clear or orange. Therefore, those of you who stick with the factory/NHTSA required orange lenses get the last laugh.
However, I still prefer the clears.
Considering that the emanating light is orange no matter the lens, it does make me wonder why U.S. rules continue to require orange lenses for new vehicles. Bureaucratic quirks. (Or just bureaucrats...)

As I understand it, using colored bulbs instead of colored lenses could cause inconsistencies in the color and intensity of the light, depending on the angle at which it’s viewed. A colored lens ensures a consistent color regardless of the viewing angle.
In the USA, regulations specify minimum lit lens areas, referred to as “Effective Projected Luminous Lens Area” (EPLLA). This minimum-size requirement doesn’t exist outside America. It may be difficult to meet the standards with clear lenses over colored light sources.

Interesting. Thanks for that info!
It seems that LED's may have eliminated any inconsistencies that existed with colored incandescent bulbs. The orange color, brightness and evenly lit appearance looks the same behind the clear lenses, at least to my eyes. I imagine the requirement is such a minor and possibly forgotten one that the orange lens rule has not been revisited for review in many decades.
Of course, this gets me back to the orange light requirement in the U.S. in the first place - it seems to be a solution in search of a problem.

Well, since I am hanging around in bed, alot, waiting for knee surgery on the 5th, I can only get my wife to stack up my Birthday and Christmas presents for work to be done to my GTS as soon as I am able ( or after Christmas fund depletion , a soon as new funds are able, ha ). From son, daughter in law, and wife, I now have ready for the 24 Track Season with the following :
1. Zunsport Grill Guards
2. Rennsport Toe Hook, and Rennsport tie down hooks
3. Porsche Battery Tender
4. Apex 19x11 Anthracite colored wheels
So, I am still hoping for some Tarett front Camber Plates , rear toe links, Bridgestone RE71RSs, and some PPF ( either Stek 3M, or Xpel ). Dang I was so happy, but now I realize how far I still need to go , ha!
Add in an oil change , brake fluid flush over to Motul, aggressive pads and a track alignment and I still have plenty of things to do for my little Chalk Cayman ...what a Croc!!

I did end up getting this Dewalt inflator, waited until it went on sale again at ACE hardware and bought it locally. It is great! Much faster then the pumps that come as a replacement for a spare tire and really like the set it to the desired pressure and walk away nature. Did some bicycle tires as well but those are so fast there is no reason to walk away.
Have not yet bought the case.

Also, just got my clear side lights and RGS front grill protectors in!
