I had a feeling that was the case Englebert. Awesome, as we've come to expect!

Skunk Works was/is one of my favorite books still. Amazing what was accomplished with slide rulers!
These are all from my childhood bedroom where they used to hang on the ceiling. Missing are a C-130 and B-36; All in 1:72 scale.

Thanks for the additional wall pics. I love the models and the fact that you've not only kept them all these years but kept them in excellent shape!
And yes, incredibly talented individuals at Skunk Works and elsewhere those days. It's difficult for me to grasp just how brilliant many of them were.
I make do with a couple of Scott Slocum photographs along with "Ghosts" and other aviation type calendars.

F4U is one of my personal favorites. May have also been influenced by Black Sheep TV show..

The Corsair is the pinnacle of piston war-birds for me. Always has been. It looks so cool and is so bad!

Loving the barrel seat!!
I've been on an endless quest to find a Porsche-worthy trash can for my garage. If you made a similar trash can in guards red, I'd be your first customer.

If I had not lucked into a 98 mile 2015 Carrera 4 GTS when I bought it used, I was seriousily considering an Extra 300 to 330 for some fun times in the sky. Trouble is, I prefer to do my own maintenance and that is a no-no on a production aircraft without an AME licence.

I could do that, but the shipping would be crazy, LOL.

I made another couple of drum chairs, this time a little different. I have not yet decided on the seat cushions. These are from the other chairs, just to see what it would look like.
