I've had a 'long' couple of weeks with family medical issues, but will get on it this week. No rush at all Tom, and I hope things settle down for you. I used mine tonight and it reminded me that you should have the metals one made slightly smaller overall since I had to sand them in order to fit, which will not be possible with metal ones. Oh wow, I did not realize that! That would work Tom, and if you want to make a few different sizes I can let you know which is the best fitting - you can label each one on the back with 1, 2, 3, etc. to help me tell you which one is best. I may snoop around the local dealers too and see if there is a car nearby I can check it on.... Absent that, I'll send you some as you suggest. You think 1/16" trimmed off all around is needed? I agree, that is too much but I had a hard time explaining it! I had sent Rennline a follow-up email on 8-28-22. No reply from Sam Catalano who had been corresponding with me, and sent me sample pieces he 3-D printed, which DID NOT fit properly. I had sent him a sample of the ones I had. I told him those fit perfectly.
