Long over due... Some pictures of the completed French Stitch fuse box covers and Alcantara dash ends, made by none other than our very own @Crazy Eddie !!!

Wow. The lower dash end caps and fuse box covers came out very nice. FWIW, Crazy Eddie can also do the dash upper end caps in Alcantara to match your lower end caps. He doesn’t do stitching on those because it gets “too busy.”
Attached is a photo showing the upper end caps on one of Ed’s GT4’s. He’s making me two in leather to match my leather lower end caps.

Sneak Peak....
Big Project I have been working on for months now. I will reveal it once its all completed. To note, nothing will be permanent, don't worry ha. Currently have someone in Florida 3d printing an insert and wiring a toggle switch.
It's letting me dust off my circuit board and Arduino coding skills from back in the day, so it's mainly just a fun hobby project.
This is what happens when a Star Wars Nerd buys a Porsche...
Excited to eventually show it off. It's goofy, but you only live once right?

De-Chrome Air Vent Rings: I forgot to post this....
While I continue to modify my interior with the goal of getting rid of all plastics and shinny silver "metal", I kept coming back to the idea of the air vents. It does not bother me enough to change out the whole air vent, but I have always been curious if it was possible to just pop out the silver/metal ring, and paint it black...
So I did... Was easy, and LOVE the new look.
All you need is a thin pry tool and just work your way around. They pop out quite easy. I used VHT spray Paint "Roll Cage and Chassis", satin finish.

Have you thought about making the improved oil and coolant (sic) caps available? If so, I’m in. Thx. Larry Orton

Hi
@71eh Yes Option 2 makes more sense. I'll be doing the same to go with full carbon bucket seats.
Where is the best place to find correct torque settings for a MY 24 718 GTS 4.0 Caymen or even just what you torqued your hex's too. ? Thanks in advance.
Sorry new to forums, how best to contact OneTimeCS, I am Australian Based and interested in one of his clear covers .
When I view anyones profile I don't see contact details or a way to DM someone.
Mine is a Flat 6 so perhaps something like the one designed for the centre piece and intake caps in Yellow would be great as I have PCCB and Yellow seat belts. The rest of the car is blacked out.

It's here... Porsche carbon fiber weave sport chrono housing....I am pretty hesitant to install this one myself, as I don't want to damage the leather dash... There are 2 electrical clips you have to take off, and they don't give you much slack so it's gonna be a lot of fumbling around I think.
Before pic.... After pic hopefully by next week

All your carbon work looks amazing.

Love the build. It's great seeing all your DIY skills too! You make me want to give the carbon fibre a try haha.
For your sport chrono carbon trim, I'm guessing that's an overlay instead of a true 100% carbon part?
I wanted to get some interior carbon bits from DB carbon, but I figure it might be fun to learn and DIY over the winter season. I need to see if I can match the matte carbon look of the weissach pack though. I'm not sure how that would work!
