For those wondering, this is what it takes to replace the paddles. This is mainly why I decided to get some nice paddle extenders

This deserves to be a separate topic, so people can find it!

Ordered RS Weissach Pack style ti exhaust tips from Aliexpress at more than 1/10th of the cost of OEM.
I Just couldn't bring it to myself to shell out $3500 for OEM (I did almost bite at $1500 but that shop closed down).
They're normally 101mm diameter which is same as stock black tips, but they were able to send me 110mm by request; which fills the gaps a lot better, imo.
I spray painted the clamp hardware matte black, but probably not needed as these get covered up quite well with the larger version. Super easy to take off the old and put this on, majority of the time was working with small space to torque the bolt

It was also big pain trying to align it vertically, I just can't get it perfect... but I was "convinced" to let it go
Cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to avoid oils/fingerprints, but could use some advice on other prep for titanium exhaust. Read around other places to "prime" it with WD40, which may help when turning blue from heat or something else? Appreciate some insights before I take it out for a drive to "bake" in

They look great!
Regarding pre-bake prep, I've no idea what, if anything, to use. Absent firm guidance from the manufacturer or a metallurgist, if they were mine I'd do nothing beyond the isopropyl cleaning you've already done.

These look just excellent. I have been toying with the idea of replacing the black tips on my GTS, long before I even got the car!!!
Would you have a link you could share?

Yup, it's these:
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806773019634.html
The default listed are the 101mm diameter (same as stock width), which I think might go better with GTS's rear valence. GT4/Spyder has the bigger square cut outs so the larger would be better.
Here's
a link to a post where they them on their GTS. And
another post where someone had more pictures with it compared to stock (boxster GTS though).

For reference I put the 110mm on my GTS and in my opinion they don't look too big. Fills out the valence just right.

I bought a used set of 350/350mm GiroDisc rotors that came with new rings. The rotors have a bit of life left so I am planning to swap them on and later replace the rings. My rear pads are getting low and the new pads I have are the "S" pad shape designed for the 350mm rear rotors.

This thread has been dormant for a long time. Any new mods for my fellow 718 owners?

I've got some stuff lined up for the spring once the car comes out of winter storage:
- Antigravity lithium battery
- DB carbon interior bits
- Custom door puddle lights
- Driving gloves (don't like the feel of Alcantara on my hand)
- FrogVenom carbon fibre front fender vent trim
- Exhaust valve collar mod
I want to get the wing endplates painted and colour matched too. I'll order the paint in the spring for that and find a local shop.
