I see what you are saying, matches the other black inserts in the bumper.

My vision is for this to be color matched, will post pictures once I get it mounted.

Track days this coming weekend at INDE in Wilcox, AZ, three hour drive each way. Next weekend I am doing two track days at Spring Mountain in Parump, NV. This is the new motorsports country club outside of Las Vegas, the track is FIA certified.
I look forward to seeing it installed, as I am considering the same. Torn over leaving black or color match.

Yesterday I did a simple trial fit, just set it up to the car. I have not attempted to actually install it, just wanted to make sure it does seem to fit well. I then dropped it off at the paint shop.

Upon actual install the original black lip is removed and a sturdy supplied bracket/receiver is put in its place, hence the gap the picture shows.

Love the look. But I know from prior cars that I could not get this into or out of my driveway...

For my GT4 (as will be the case for a car with the sport design front lip spoiler installed as Jeremy is doing) a 45° angle approach is the only way I can accomplish driveway entrance or exit without scraping. Entering the driveway is easier in my case than exiting. (I have to swing out into the lawn a bit to get the 45° when leaving home.)

However, I found this SharkWerks instructional guide for Porsches just now - it's the "Arc" which alters the 45° method a bit.

Interesting!

Finally got a Dyno done on my GTS for NASA ( Mid America NASA Region ) and I was blown away by the ultra professional shop at Paragon Performance , Waukee, Iowa. One of the co-owners is a strong Porschephile though the shop's main focus is R&D for performance parts and much more on Corvette C8s. You feel like you are in a top notch Nascar or IMSA facility as you could eat off the floor. The concern with many new cars is with all the " Nanny " devices you have to be able to put the car in " Dyno Mode " in order to run on a two wheel dyno and often the tools to do this with so many different vehicles is not handy at many shops. After a month of checking with various Dynojet shops ( system required by NASA ) I found Paragon Performance had a Dynojet AWD Dynamometer with the " Linx " system. This allows the front wheels to move properly , fooling the car's Nannies. With most systems with everything off , if the front wheels are stationary it will kick them in negating a Dyno run. Granted, if someone had the proper tool to put in Dyno mode, a two wheel system would work but I could not locate a Dynojet set up ( with Porsche necessary tools ) within a reasonable drive to do such. Also, note , a conventional AWD Dynojet will not work , as it does not do a " quasi -match " with front and rear wheels turning so it will kick the nannies on also. I was fortunate that in calling so many shops I was given straight and helpful answers and not some wild ideas to attempt to get my business. So, if you are in the Midwest near Waukee, Iowa ( Des Moines suburb ) look into Paragon Performance for a Porsche Dyno or tune. They are super busy as they do an incredible amount of Corvette C8 business as well as parts design and R&D. Ask for Graham or Cory and feel free to use my name if you wish. PS -- they were super careful and respectful of the vehicle!

My apologies for so few pictures of the Dynamometer , but I was so busy getting the " Grand Tour " of Paragon Performance I failed to take very many pictures. I do have one good Dyno run video, but for some reason I have been unsuccessful to get it to load and post on the site.

PS- I was pleased with the Max HP of 347.30 since this translates to just a 12% driveline loss from the 394 HP Flywheel number. That is the lowest driveline loss I have ever had on any vehicle I have owned!!

Bill,
I can't help but notice how well your dyno matches APRs stock dyno plot. Great result.
