Wow, that's the Carpokes spirit right there. Thank you! I'm looking at a few options right now. Not sure how hard it is to create a form like that, but would love to see it before deciding which route to take -- if it's chore, i can get the gist some other way, but if you could knock something out relatively easily, I'd love to see it.

p.s., your offer makes me feel even guiltier that I haven't sent your bezels yet. I am going to make it my mission tomorrow, one way or another....
