Hey @Tom - crazy idea.
Have you ever thought of doing painted ignitions?
I'm about to order one. Happy to share the dimension if you are ever interested in a new project.
I'm also trying to convince the wife to buy a 3d printer so I can make my own!

I had my dummy ignition key wrapped in OEM leather and stitching to match my interior.Larry C wrote: Wed Sep 07, 2022 7:41 am Hey @Tom - crazy idea.

Have anyone tested Bordeaux red bezel on a Taycan CT with Bordeaux red background? (Entertaining how much Porsche could charge for a different background color on this
)
@Tom , would very much like to be put on the list for bezel and mode dial in Bordeaux Red, once found worthy with sufficient activity.
Picking up my Taycan CT 4S in 2 days, and have a wheel arch mod planned already.

Now that I got the car - figured I would add one with a picture of the compass with Bordeaux red background option.
Can also recommend floor mats with Bordeaux red edge if you care for the details.
@Tom, told my dealer about your site and the Bordeaux red mode switches and they got very excited and said that would be a very good fit for cars with subtle Bordeaux red details. Hopefully it will drive some more members

No, but thanks for bringing it up. I've been meaning to post an update. I've had a number of family priorities lately, so my time has been quite limited, but it also became pretty clear that I need a new approach. I got bogged down in a long wait list of people. many of whom disappear all too soon.... So, I'm going to take down the public waiting list and re-focus my efforts to make more of these for the people, like yourself, who have demonstrated that they are here to participate and stick around a while. These were always intended as my way of saying thank you to the people who are part of our new community, and I need to double down on that concept.

If you've been on the list a while and have been genuinely and actively participating, send me a PM so we can make it happen.
