As a kid growing up in a steel town, it was always a Stingray. Once I grew up and had a job, it was a 928!

A bit off topic but it's close and it gets the 'What was your childhood dream car?' thread new life...
A quote I just read from the late, great Tina Turner:
“It may sound silly,” Turner wrote in her autobiography, “but one of my favorite escapes, and a secret pleasure, was driving my Jaguar. I loved it because it was something I could do by myself, one of the few times I could be alone and free.”
How true that statement is. She was a car lover too!

And let's not forget Tina's car connection and 'Childhood Dream Car' (admittedly a quirky one) in the vehicle-centric
"Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome", part of the great George Miller post-apocalyptic action movies with all of the amazing vehicle creations and builds, wild chases, spectacular crashes, crazy explosions and general non-stop mayhem. (All without cheap and bs CGI.) Gotta love George Miller's vision and what he accomplished in the Mad Max films.
