Today, I managed to swap in the GTS tails I’ve been undecidedly sitting on…

So, when you guys change parts, do you hold on to OEM, or straight to marketplace with that stuff? Between my few cars, I feel like I can start a mini parts warehouse. I can’t see parting with any of it (unless the car goes), but I low-key feel like a hoarder.
I did feel like a small time hoarder when I realized I still had the plugs.
And yes the toolbox is a lot quicker now with the Cayman S badge on it.
Just these.

And... what do you have on your OIL/WATER caps?
It worked great for my entire trip, over 2000 miles, including spirited backroad driving. I never had to adjust anything.

The oil decal is sentimental. The coolant one was an afterthought I'm not sold on. I know I dislike the imprecise 'Water' decals I sometimes see.

Want to change the spark plugs, just for fun.
A couple weeks ago I removed a coil pack to see if either of my 14mm spark plug wrenches would work, they did not. Too fat to get all the way down the spark plug hole. I bought the genuine Porsche tool, which turned out to be a Hazet 9006/1. I considered buying this straight from Hazet for half the cost, but decided to go straight to Porsche since I just did not know. Now we all know, save yourself a few bucks.

The far left is 18.4mm, the middle is 18.3mm and the Porsche/Hazet is 17.3mm wide. I have not swapped them yet but it does look like this will work.
The NGK plus are straight from Porsche as well, I can't find them directly from NGK.
This is for the 4.0l six cylinder, I believe this same wrench is required for 991 GT3 as well.

I think, keep serviceable take-offs If and Only If:

1. You can legitimately imagine some reason why you'll probably need to reinstall it in the foreseeable future.

OR

2. You're installing a non-stock part that -- by the time you sell your car -- will still be worth a substantial premium, though only to certain buyers. But you're pretty sure the price you can get on eBay will be worth the storage and the effort to swap the parts back when the time comes.

I kept many such small accessory and upgrade bits, and when my '17CB was totaled, I went to the salvage yard and swapped them all. Insurance would never cover the cost. Things like anti-buffet window winglets, PDK shifter boot.

You really should get a swivel. That, and another swivel fitting.
This one is 17.7mm, and I've done two spark plug changes on 2.0L 718s.

Also need a selection of extensions. Different plugs require different combinations/orders of extensions/swivels. Start with the left side, which is easier. You'll have learned a bit before doing the right side, which isn't that much more difficult.

Replaced some velcro for my "718 Cayman" embroidered felt badge for my Frunk...

Rather embarrassing.... I only just now discovered the yellow cover holder for the frunk cover (as seen in photos)... Had no idea. Every time I needed in there, I just took it off and put it some where in my garage... I should have known better Porsche had a solution for that
