Those wheels look great. I really like that motorsports gold and against Chalk with some meaty tires it will look the part.
I agree!

I miss the Hoosiers that I ran exclusively on the race car. Amazing tires. I really wanted to get Hoosiers on the GT4 but I don't want to trailer the car which I'd have to if I ran Hoosiers.
Have fun with 'em Bill - they'll be awesome!

Installed one on our '17 BS. Liked it so much I had one waiting when our '22 BGTS was delivered. Absolutely one of the easiest and best bang for the buck mods available.
I took the car for a quick 100 mi drive with friends this morning and I really like it. The matte finish on the stock display seemed dim to me and this "brightens" it up - or it's a placebo effect. Anyway, I like it and yes - easy and high impact/$ ratio.

Had some fun with friends going over a few passes this morning, one of them Guenella Pass at 10,700 ft.
A Ducati Monster 1200, Triumph Thruxton RS and an Aprilla Tuono V4. Those 3 bikes together make a phenomenal sound.

My injuries weren't that severe, but my carbon fiber frame was DOA with a silver dollar sized hole in the downtube. That frame now hangs from the garage ceiling over our BGTS as a constant reminder of why I stopped doing event road rides....to many newbies, with to few clues.
Even in my mtn bike races, a dropped water bottle can be a curse but at least there is a better ability to run it over and survive.
I used to do Thursday night crit style rides around the Rose Bowl when I lived in LA - there were a bad crashes at 30 mph. That and the ozone made me stick to the trails and racing DH at Big Bear.

Wine vs. Flyfishing gear.
I just received a package with a well-crafted, innovative solution to the Cayman flyfishing dilemma. I will test the casting action Sunday after a PCA lunch with tasting at Fallbrook winery.

Another reason I'm all trail these days. Cars don't magically appear, rocks don't throw bottles, and trees don't move. Now, if only the skunks, poisonous snakes, and spiders hiked elsewhere, it would be one big happy playground.

I was at the SCCA Solo National Tour in Joliet , Illinois in late July and at the Midwest Divisional Solo Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska this past weekend and between the two events I gave out a total of 10 " Carpokes " Forum cards!
