A couple more pictures

Ahhh, how nice. Some real gauges like on my 993 and 991.1 GTS.
Having driven the 992 right up to the GT3 RS and their glass panels, no thanks to that. Sort of like the Van's RV-8 I was looking at with a large Garmin screen instead of real individual gauges. When that screen fails, I have zero instruments and I hope I am not in IFR conditions.
I miss real gauges (a lot) but have reluctantly accepted that for newer cars there is no choice. I manage to deal with that fact just fine - for better or worse, one does tend to get accustomed to digital after awhile.

To me it means my 991.1 will be my last Porsche. No big deal though. And if I did buy a 992 GT3 to me it won't be a "keeper".
Also in the future, I wonder who will supply a replacement 992 glass panel in 30+ years? Or will it be a throw-away like a BIC lighter?

Glad I won't be around then because most modern cars and other similar creations likely won't be in working condition - throw-away as you mentioned. We are already seeing a lot of that in the more modern, more complex, plastic digital-laden vehicles that are now in the 20 or so year-old range, especially hoopties that never received even a modicum of maintenance.
The excessive digital systems will fail one by one until the car is no longer operable. The plastics will crumble and disintegrate. The complex drive-trains will not be easily repairable. Patina and the loving re-fabrication of vehicles from the dawn of the automobile age continuing through the golden years of vehicle manufacturing will be a thing of the past for "modern" transportation devices. Disposable indeed!
I guess the only possible saving grace will be whatever miracles 3D printing can achieve as that technology advances. It is a potential bright spot.

Yes! The red is awesome - the paint looks 10' deep!

Beautiful car. Just me but unless it is a Ferrari do-not usually like red cars. But this one is gorgeous.

Here's my `995 C2 manual - Iris Blue
Love those wheels (and the whole car). RUF wheels?
Not sure - how that /\ question about the wheels from someone got on my post, but to whoever put it on, yes they're original 19" RUF wheels. It's a daily for me pretty much (except when we have snow, like now), and up to over 220,000 miles currently.

Can’t leave well enough alone and decided to put decals on. Sacrilege on a 993 for purists, but hey, I’m no purist. Enjoy or hate—your choice! IMG_2705.jpegIMG_2709.jpegIMG_2707.jpeg
While true that I fit in the "plain car" category for my vehicles, stripes done right look great and your enhancement fits that bill for me. It looks awesome!
Plus of course, it's easy to change back or to try something else if ever desired.
