Signed up and commenting here just to download this. Recently tried to use one of the nice aftermarket tensioning tools but it is no good because they did not include the calibration data...

Which one did you try? I did an article for Panorama a few years ago, testing all the tension tools I could find -- and the bottom line is that none of the generic tools worked. That was one of my main motivations for this tool.

Hi guys mane name is Ricardo proud owner of a 1986 944 turbo.
I have a an stl for the crank bolt washer. this help to center the power steering pulley in orthe to prevent the misalignment.

let me know if interested and where to put it.

Please start a new thread in this 3D Printing STL section and post the STL! It's a perfect example of the kind of thing Carpokes is all about -- a grassroots solution to a problem the diehards know all too well. Nice job!
