I drove up to Big Canoe GA Thursday and Friday. Got off the interstate north of Jacksonville and had a very enjoyable drive up here. Monday on to west NC

The next couple of days I'm in Robbinsville NC. Drove some great roads today, including the Cherohala Skyway. Top down, sun's out, what's not to like.

Went to a PCA DE event this past Saturday with my son, and it was the first time he drove my Cayman GTS on the track. I had three folks come over and tell me how fast I was on the track and in two cases I had to say, " That was not me, that was my son!" I really enjoyed passing the new C8 more than any of the other cars, haha!

He and I religiously run his 2006 EVO9 in Regional and National SCCA Autocrosses and as he is Nationally Competitive I work hard at being a " Professional " Tirewarmer, ha! I do agree, J-Dub, nothing better than spending car time with your kids!

I changed my oil and flushed my brake fluid, then enjoyed some runs on Lime Creek Road. Almost November, and 95F today.
