I had no problem with Sirius XM reception in my 991.1 but it is awful in my 992. It skips by driving under a couple of trees.
Anyone else having the same issue?

Exactly the same here. Worked virtually everywhere in my 991. Works 'fine' on my 992, but much more prone to blanking out under over-passes, garages, etc.

So I was reading about satellite radios, if it is cloudy you get better reception, because of the electricity of the clouds. When is sunny and clear, since the satellites are really high, the trees impede with the receptions. Also, it depends how far are the satellites.

That's interesting, I thought it was the opposite. My issue is that it is worse than in my 991.2 so I am thinking that Porsche changed something in the new model. I was looking to see if anyone else had the same experience.
Thanks.

And sorry, I forgot to respond to your question. Yes, it has happened to me too. And I noticed that more now. Because it wasn't like that before. So you are not alone.

I wish there was a fix like putting a fin on the back or something.

I get Pandora Radio in both cars via Bluetooth.
I do pay ~$120/year to get it on my phone that the Porsche will hook up with both cars. I have a home office Klipsch system for home office use.

That's a solution. I wonder if I can run Sirius off of my phone through Android Auto rather than through PCM directly?

I have no clue. I have had a few iPhones since I got the first one for free. My Porsche Bluetooth hooks up to my Pandoro stations as I enter the car.
I have already programed the Pandora Radio to only play my favorite songs. I drove from the Atlanta area to the Porsche WERKS Reunion at Amelia Island and back with not one song that I didn't like.

Good idea!
I haven't tried that with Pandora. I'll have to check it out.
