Track Precision App option requirements

I'm working on a new video on the Youtube channel and I'm wondering if some members could chime in for me:

On your car, can you connect to Track Precision app?
If so, please state:
Model
Nav (yes/no)
Sport Chrono (yes/no)
Porsche Connect installed (yes/no)
Porsche connect subscription (yes/no)

I know what Porsche literature says, but it's not entirely accurate and I want to know direct experience information.
To use the app:
1. Download from app store.
2. Connect to your car's wifi signal (make sure it's turned on via the nav screen)
3. Open Track Precision App and click connect to car
