Custom Intercooler Pipe

Thought I'd share pictures of the custom intercooler pipe I'm making for a fellow Carpokean. The banjo bolt side is in progress, and is just a standard straight pipe so a bit less interesting. This one is a true one-off to fit a custom manifold.

That is really cool. Nice work. What kind of black paint did you use? I really like the matte/satin look it has.

It's powder coated using Eastwood's Satin Black powder. I got it for this project and really like it too. I did my own pipes in a semi-gloss black powder, and am mulling whether to redo them in this. :thumbup:

Did another YouTube "short" showing a tool I made to get a good fit-up on the banjo bolt port. :)
