I bought the Cayman OEM rear trunk liner from Suncoast. At first it fit like a glove. After a year of ownership, the vertical lip around the entire perimeter is badly warped. It now looks like an inexpensive aftermarket liner. Has anyone else had this problem? What are you all using for rear trunk liners?

I have the one from Porsche. It's fine but the edge towards the front is a bit thin. The way you see it in the pic is how it was when I put it in over 2-years ago.Larry C wrote: Thu Feb 16, 2023 12:27 pm I bought the Cayman OEM rear trunk liner from Suncoast. You’d think there would be more options but I can’t find anything- maybe custom Lloyd’s mat. I actually would prefer one without a vertical lip.

I have only heard of these recently, so no personal experience, but they list trunk as an option:

I just took two new pics. Mine are fine and do what I need them to do which is protect the carpeted area. I use that area a lot, so the Porsche mats do show some mars and wear as expected but the sides are still fine. That space is tight so any liner that you put back there will need some flexibility to get it bent into place. A bit of mat cleaner and protector and they'd look better I guess.
A flat mat as you both have mentioned would work fine for most uses as long as no liquids or similar that might spill.

I was also looking at Weathertech liners as I had good experience with them. But I ended up buying from Suncoast parts since (1) Weathertech's version is for up to MY2019 (not sure if it will be an exact fit for my '23) and (2) both similar in price.
And since I like the Cayman outline molded in the Suncoast version...

Yep, mine is exactly as you describe after 19 months.Larry C wrote: Thu Feb 16, 2023 12:27 pm I bought the Cayman OEM rear trunk liner from Suncoast. At first it fit like a glove.
