If the photo is somewhat accurate, the filler door location in front of the outside rear view mirror would indicate EV as that is not a reasonable location for a fuel filler door.

If it is set up like the Taycan there will be two charging ports. The one on the left side will support levels 1 and 2 charging. The right side will support levels 1 and 2 as well as DC fast charging.

As far as the location of filler doors on some non-EV Porsches...

Rob was probably referring to the filler door in relationship to where the fuel tank is on a ICE Cayenne vs a rear or mid-engine Porsche.
