Hey guys - for those of you living in condo that want to spend more time with your car - what do you do?

When you have your own garage - you can setup a hang out spot, have a beer, coffee, whatever and just take the time to appreciate your cars.

When you live in a condo - kinda weird to grab a chair and sit in the condo's parking and crack a beer :)

I have been looking for coffee places with tables next to parking spots - so far just have a starbucks and another coffee place.

Wondering if any fellow carpokians have had other nice ideas on how to spend more time with their cars if that makes sense.

I Understand completely.... When I lived in a Condo a ways back, I bought a tiny collapsible camping chair to keep in my trunk and would grab a coffee and sit where ever I was... Even If I wanted to install something minor or read up on something in my owners manual, I would grab a coffee, my chair, and find a nice place to work on it. It was dreary in the bottom of my condo's dark underground parking area ha, so I took any chance I could get to set out and find a nice place to sit and tinker with my car.

Cars & Coffee events and PCA concours shows come to mind. The PCA shows last half the day, so there are always guys in tailgate chairs (or better), often with a pretty good tailgate/picnic lunch. :)

Fortunately our vacation condo is only 3 blocks from the beach and we have multiple municipal parking lots adjacent.

Although I leave my 911 in Ga when we head to Ct for the summer I have a BMW cabriolet up north which I take to the beach and hang out.

Invariably it's a reason to start a conversation with other enthusiasts[.
