Front Bumper Removal on 992 911

Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone has removed their front bumper on their 992 911? I have the 3rd radiator center kit Porsche OEM. There is little to non-instructions out there or from the dealership on how to install. Especially removing the front bumper.
On another topic, what is the best scanner/computer that can do the coolant bleeding service on the newer (992) Porsche? Am I stuck with getting the PIWIS? Which version, would the Version 3 work on doing what I need for the service? I hate to have to spend that kind of $$$$ just to bleed the system.
Any help would be appreciated.
