Ok, this may seem like much ado about nothing but ran across these door storage inserts that are reasonable priced, extremely well made, and solve a problem. Everything I look for in an accessory! I have a black interior so they look like they came with the car!

Not much ado at all! Macans have notoriously sparse storage, and I also bought front and rear door storage trays off Amazon. Love ‘em!

LOL - I bought my 2015 S in 2022 and thought those were OEM :) since they came with mine! Didn't realize until seeing this post that they are likely the exact same items you have in your post.
