I recently removed the plastic sill covers to give them a bit of a refurb. One of the plastic nuts was missing and the spacers were quite rusty, so I designed a couple of 3D printed replacement parts.

That's a nice file. The nuts are pretty generic and can be purchased inexpensively, but the spacers are usually expensive.

Side tracking the discussion a little bit, how do you make the sill line up straight? I'm having the hardest time to get them look good.

I got it relatively straight by using the slots in the sill mounting holes and by the use of spacers (eg washers or similar) to adjust in/out, up/down as needed. The short part of the sill at the front can be adjusted by bending the 3 mount brackets on the car and moving the speed nuts as required. The rearmost of the 3 is a removable L shaped bracket that I removed from the car and adjusted back in to shape as they were quite distorted.
