The blendmount model I have is BV1-2121, and I ordered it to fit a Valentine One radar detector. It fits both gen 1 and gen 2.

Unfortunately per Blendmount website it won't fit my Boxster S . Shame because I need one for a Valentine 1 Gen 1 . GLWS

I went to Blendmount website , plugged in my car info and your part number did NOT come up as a viable option . Where are you seeing that it will fit a 2002 Boxster S ?

I'm just basing it on the fact that it fit my 987 Cayman, my 981 Cayman, and my 982 Cayman. I might be wrong and the Boxster mirror is different, but I find it unlikely Porsche used a different part for the Boxster. I'll see if I can post a pic of it.

According to Blendmount this is the model that fits my Boxster S . This fits the " standard " mirror vs the " auto dimming " . I believe yours is the auto dimming style.

My 718 GTS 4.0 had autodimming but not the 987 or 081. I was confused with their website when I ordered this originally, and it shows a different one for the Cayenne, but they are the same, because I have one on my Cayenne. If you like, I'll send it to you for you to check, and if it doesn't work, send it back, if it does, you can pay me.
