...And thanks for all the fish!

Well, I've come to a point in my life where I feel the need to reprioritize where to spend my time. And an obvious area to trim is my online presence. And unfortunately, Carpokes is going to be a casualty in my cutbacks.
I say 'unfortunately' because I do like the attitude and atmosphere here—casual, laid back, friendly. But I also find that there really isn't enough content relevant to me to keep me coming back.
The hot topic areas here are transaxle cars, track/race, and high-end cars that I could never afford even if I wanted one. Even the 718 forum (which is reasonably active) is largely biased toward the higher-end cars and track use, which isn't relevant to me and my 2.0L Base Cayman (which is mostly a road trip car). I haven't owned a transaxle car in almost 10 years, and that 944 was only with me for a few months as I did some needed repairs for flipping it.
Which leads me to my exit. Oh, I will probably pop in occasionally. But certainly not very often.
Circling back to the thread title, "So long..."
PS - If I happen to pick up another 944 in the future, expect to see more of me...
