Looking good! Remind me what engine management you are using? Love the metal cold air duct. :) Since you are doing your own welding, have you considered adding boost braces to the pipes/intercooler? That was one of the best things I ever did.... A new coolant tank would look nice in there too.

Currently i can’t justify the $600 for a coolant tank just for looks, but I agree, eventually it will be replaced. I’m currently running a m-tune with logger and tuner. The car also has water/meth injection that I’ll be tuning this year. I haven’t needed the boost braces and I’ve run 25psi. Just get some nice T-bolt clamps and a good bead on the pipe

Summit makes a great tool, to roll a good bead into the pipes

Nice pipes and that bead looks strong🙂👍. I have experienced a few blown pressure pipes and all of them has occured on the track. Alot of heat in the enginebay together with alot of on/off throttle and side to side movements on the engine is what makes the pipes blow off.
In a Street application with shorter bursts it is most likely not needed.

Hey, they are "only" $442.97 at Delaware Porsche. Might as well get two

Those are two highly representative pictures of the 951 -- one at speed on the road, and the other in the garage with a stick holding up the hood.  By the way, move that linked build thread over here! This is where all the cool kids are now, and we'll appreciate it more I promise. :)

I need the part number on that stick! We have all done that. I use it on the hatch now.
