I am looking to see if anybody has used the performance tuning for the 992S? It looks like it could be what i am looking for but I would like some input from the community. Thanks to all and Merry Christmas..
I'm getting the tune from Soul Performance, same thing like MEngineering. I read good reviews on them.

Are you referring to the Softtronic Porsche 992 Turbo ECU tune Soul is showing on their site? I looked at that some time ago just for fun - don't need it. Yet. I guess that's similar to the Cobb tuning device?elm310 wrote: Tue Dec 20, 2022 8:03 am I'm getting the tune from Soul Performance, same thing like MEngineering. I read good reviews on them.

There's a Carpokes thread that talks about Cobb tuning for 4.0 cars that ventured into aftermarket tunes in general and also some discussion as to how they might affect Porsche warranties.

I'm trying to get my exhaust and everything together so I can install all at once. I also have a third radiator kit from Porsche, it supposed to help with cooling when you tune these 911s.Ls9009 wrote: Tue Dec 20, 2022 8:21 am Excellent..when I you going to install it? Love to hear what you have to say..

That is the one the Softronic from Soul PP. I like it because of the handheld and it is easy to go back to stock if I ever need to.blueline wrote: Tue Dec 20, 2022 8:22 amAre you referring to the Softtronic Porsche 992 Turbo ECU tune Soul is showing on their site? I'm leaving the sport muffler from Porsche on but changing to catless downpipes and headers from Soul Performance.

It should pass emissions, since the actual physical size and appearance doesn't change. They just look to make sure you have a cat. So, it should pass without problems.Pcarnut wrote: Tue Dec 27, 2022 2:56 pmMy question is, without cats, does the car still pass emissions?
