I received a courtesy delivery of my Cayman GTS 4.0 earlier this month. Initially an optioned EU delivery (Leipzig), that was not realized due to over scheduling, I opted for the PEC-Atlanta delivery. That too went south when the Atlanta PEC track became unavailable on my scheduled delivery date. PEC agreed to send the vehicle to a local dealer for "courtesy delivery". I should note that throughout the process PCNA (PEC), the selling dealer and the delivery dealer made every effort to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Furthermore - I could not be happier of having the good fortune that my build made the AGM and expresso/cognac leather interior before the cut. I have my keeper!

It's beautiful as I knew it would be!! I know there have been a lot of bumps in the road regarding delivery, but it's here now and that's what counts! Congratulations and enjoy your fine new ride!

More pics please when time permits. Would like to see the interior too!

Congratulations on your new GTS. I love my GTS and am happy with my color combination (GT Silver - black leather with chalk stitching) but if I had a chance to reconfigure my car, I’d opt for AGM and expresso/cognac. It’s sporty but very classy. If you get a chance, could you post some interior photos along with your build code?
Thanks!

Blue Line, Larry - thank you for the kind words. I and very happy with the car and unlike so many other purchases not an ounce of "post-purchase depression." My build: http://www.porsche-code.com/PPLLBJV9

If you would like specific pictures let me know. I opted for a full PPF and ceramic coated, installed Zunsport grills (easy install) and now debating options on the Valentine RD mounting options. I have small and thin magnetized plate on the center console that holds my mag-backed iPhone.

That's a refined and fantastic looking interior - nice! I have a weakness for those shades of interior colors.

I noticed your floor mats - same as what I've done on all our Porsches using the Porsche-branded all-weather mats. They look good (to me anyway) and do a superb job protecting from the weather, stains, wear, shoes, etc. I love 'em.

I've used Valentine products for over 30-years. Gen 2 now in all four vehicles, including the GMC truck. As for mounting, all are direct wired w/short connectors coming out of rear-view mirror housings. (I had the dealer wire them all.) I am fine with suction mounts because for best coverage I like having them mounted high on the windshield (but below the mirror for unobstructed view to the rear). The suction cups work great no matter the temps. The slide mount allows for quick removal (without removing the mount itself) to keep the detector away from prying eyes. One other thing I've always used is Valentine's Concealed Displays - many advantages for me.

Have fun with the fantastic little Cayman that's obviously happy in her new home! I love mine, that's for sure, and I know the same will be true for you.

Beautiful, I started with AGM / Luxor, both went away before my allocation arrived. All good, I love the combo that is arriving soon.

Yours will be another 718 winner with a striking interior - for sure! The configuarator teases but seeing it for real is where it really comes together. The pleasure fog will descend upon you in real time....... :D

I see you have the smoking package. Another phone mount option is the new one from Nine-Volt
that plugs into your ashtray’s 12 volt receptacle. It’s not inexpensive but I chose to go that route to avoid the exposed cable.
