Hmmm, the starter switch with the Entry and Drive option, now Tom has another project..................

Right! Leave your key away from the car, turn the entry and drive key a couple times, the car will say the key is not in range and the blank key fob thing will pop out of the dash.
New ones from the tequipment catalog in many colors are available for $96 to 100 but I did not want to introduce too many random colors.

Since my car’s interior is black leather with chalk stitching, I decided to do the same for my starter ‘dummy key.’

Thanks. I really like it. It looks better than the OEM one and is a bit shorter. The shifts feel more solid.

Today I installed 10mm wheel spacers up front. I thought it needed them after I added camber plates up front and pushed the tops of the wheels in. The camber plates also raised the front slightly, more on that later.

One thing I did not expect to like so much is the new wheel bolts. The are 17mm heads instead of the to stock 19mm but the main improvement is the washer is not so thick/deep. The stock bolt heads sit proud of the wheels, these bolts are recessed into the wheels. The change is subtle and pictures don't do it justice.

I added 5mm spacers from Apex as you recall and they did help the look of the front wheels. I probably could use another 3mm but it's good enough for me as is. What spacers did you get and were the bolts from the same source?

Yes, I bought the spacers and lugbolts from the same source, I did not post the brand initially as that is likely to start some controversy. The spacers are super light 7075-T6 aluminum alloy made by Bonoss. They come in either 3 finger or 5 finger hub design, the 718 and 992s use the 5 finger. I did the paper test and they passed, the fit seems really good. I had previously only used H&R spacers, however I think the design is pretty straightforward now.

I almost contacted you about your second set of 5mm spacers but every time I measured it was clear that it would require 10mm to match the reveal to the back.
