After your long the wait, the RS might be happening! Cool Mojonito!
It seems to be taking forever for allocations to pop up for Spyder RS's, even VIP customers. Builds might take awhile longer too but that's just a guess on my part. When does yours lock in as far as making changes?
Ok, now to colors - any that you showed in your post would be awesome. I like blues and the Cobalt Blue is wonderful - it was a color on the sorta-short PTS list for me. However, if I choose a blue today, my current favorites are currently either Manaus Blue (W50) or Azure Blue 356 (5ZA). Will go to a medium dark green if not blue. (Several on that super-short list too.)
Great Motorsports garage pics - thanks for including them!
And yes, keep us in the loop - new allocations and the ordering process are exciting times - always a lot of fun playing with the builds!

Another thing, I much prefer the painted hood over the carbon fiber of the regular 4RS, so it's good to see that you can have paint! It bugs me that Porsche will not budge on that aspect for the non-Spyder 4RS.

The carbon hood doesn’t fit the ethos of the spyder in my opinion.blueline wrote: Sun Nov 05, 2023 6:49 pm Another thing, I much prefer the painted hood over the carbon fiber of the regular 4RS, so it's good to see that you can have paint! I agree. Of course, in my warped mind, it doesn't fit the ethos of the regular 4RS either. Personal preference, but I like paint!Mojonito wrote: Sun Nov 05, 2023 7:10 pmThe carbon hood doesn’t fit the ethos of the spyder in my opinion.blueline wrote: Sun Nov 05, 2023 6:49 pm Another thing, I much prefer the painted hood over the carbon fiber of the regular 4RS, so it's good to see that you can have paint! Carbon fiber looks great, actually - it's just not what I want.

Looks awesome! I'm a fan of Azzuro Thetys Metallic if you are looking for ideas. I was at a dealer this weekend and saw a 992 in Midnight Blue Metallic, which looked like a less sparkly Gentian -- very pretty. But it would be super cool to see a spyder rs done in 944 Cobalt! Keep us posted -- watching others spec and buy Porsches (especially custom PTS etc) is almost as fun as buying, yet way cheaper.

Azzuro Thetys Metallic is an awesome color, one of the best of the lighter blues, along with Aetna Blue. (edit: Just checked and unfortunately the color is n/a for 718's. Currently, only 911's get Azzuro Thetys Metallic.)Tom wrote: Mon Nov 06, 2023 7:21 am Looks awesome! I'm a fan of Azzuro Thetys Metallic if you are looking for ideas. I'll try to post something on the Cayenne forum eventually but I'm finishing spec on a nicely-equipped Cayenne S that's due to arrive around March 1st. Going with Algarve Blue Metallic which, to my eyes, has some similarities to the Cobalt Blue. (The Algarve is a new color for Porsche as far as I can tell. It's not listed in Rennbow or other similar sites.)
