I see a vaunted V1 (Gen 2!) in your pics!Stormy_Monday wrote: Fri May 10, 2024 8:12 am 20240510_101723.jpgI put this cell phone mount and charger from two different products. I had been using an Ottocast adaptor box, but that stopped communicating. We'll see how this works. But I hate clutter[attachment=0]20240510_101802.jpg

Android Auto works very well on the new '24 Cayenne. Porsche is getting their software in good shape. (Finally!) It's night and day from what is in our 718s.Stormy_Monday wrote: Fri May 10, 2024 8:55 am When I am on any kind of trip, I want reliable navigation. The Ottocast was giving me android auto on the infotainment until it wasn't. I find the Porsche nav system pretty anemic. So mounting the phone high up should give me a good sight picture. When the car is out of warranty I will modify the head unit to allow android auto. We shall see.
That's unfortunate. I imagine the police have radar detector detectors in Ontario as they do in Virginia. Are RDs legal in other Canadian provinces?
Legal in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan (3 Western Provinces)
