You might already be doing this, but might want to put a towel or something down over the "metal" engine cover... it's almost as thin as tin-foil and dents super easy ha.
Yeah, I'll be doing that, plus wheel bags and tie-downs. I wanted to be sure it fit, so no last-minute changes of plan. :-)

Wonder if it is wort it to remove the rear cover for a few days while you are on your biking trip just to eliminate the risk of scratching, it may also give you just that much more room.

I also installed Brembo ceramic brake pads to reduce dust. [no pics]

I just got mine too… thanks @Larry C!

So what’s the trick to installing this? When I try to peel off the backing, the lettering sticks to it.
Shouldn’t it stick to the face covering first?

You need to use something like a credit card and run it over it a few times prior to peeling it off... Its transfer paper.

Easy Peasy… I’ll post some pics.
Also of the *bonus* Porsche decal that was included. 👍
So what’s the trick to posting pics here? 😝
Do I have to lower the resolution first? (I tried the other day and it didn’t want to load).

Here is a guide I did a while back showing how to post pictures. You do not need to reduce the resolution/size, but is appreciated if your files are super big. The one thing that can trip people up is trying to post pics in the iPhone HEIC format. That's not a carpokes thing, per se, but a browser issue. Most of the popular browsers don't support HEIC pictures, so they just don't work (be if on Carpokes or any other forum).

Here's the guide to posting pictures on Carpokes. Easy once you get the hang of it:

Once you figure it out, I will add your picture to the main decal thread Larry and I started. Cant' wait to see it!
