Looks like a Phalanx. I worked on that in the 70s when I was at GD in Pomona.

Looks like someone stole you wheel caps? I had my hood Crest stolen a few years back.

If jfl503, or anyone else needs any center caps I have these: P/N 928-361-032-11-TPP (current P/N 928-361-032-06-TPP), $60.97 each net at Delaware Porsche. These are painted aluminum with large colored Porsche crest, made in Italy; $125 shipped.

Fortunately I did not lose my caps. The front wheels are a different shade than my original wheels so I opted to leave them off.
