Wow, sorry gents. I'm sure it will be worth the wait in the long run. I wonder if Porsche is favoring the Taycan to support a smooth launch with technology of the future and all that....?

TYD is now indicating that my GTS started production yesterday. That's about 10 days later than originally on the schedule.

Great to hear that you are in production. Did you order PCCBs and are they still showing on your build in TYD?murphsea wrote: Tue Feb 15, 2022 10:14 am TYD is now indicating that my GTS started production yesterday. That's about 10 days later than originally on the schedule.
No changes in my TYD since last weeks additional delay. My TYD is still showing PCCBs included in the build. Fingers crossed that they are still there when my production begins.

Option: 1LQ - Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with Calipers in Yellow
My SA confirmed that all my options are locked in.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you too.

Hey guys! I hate to be the person sharing an unfortunate news but you may want to read the link below, this is sad. I am not sure what would be the further impact for both production & delivery.

My TYD updated twice this past week.
On Wednesday (2/16) the Freeze Point / Lock date was moved up one day to 3/29/2022 from 3/30/2022 with no other changes. Why did they even bother?
On Saturday (2/19) the Freeze Point / Lock date was moved up to 3/18/2022 with no other changes. Estimated Delivery Date and Start of Production dates remain the same. They simply increased the time between Lock and Start of Production.
Certainly an improvement from continually sliding backwards. Also, no change regarding my PCCBs. They are still listed on my build.

A surprising development this evening. My Porsche Portal updated this evening with a date of 2022-02-22 and it appears that I have bypassed / just skipped over my Lock / Freeze Point milestone and gone directly to "scheduled for production" My TYD has not updated yet so I will just have to wait until it does overnight to confirm. Fingers crossed
that this is accurate and my production gets pushed up by about a month. This is what My Porsche Portal now shows:
