I made this plate out of quarter inch aluminum on my DIY CNC router. I always thought it was funny that Porsche made a plastic neck with no opening for the n/a after updating the pump for the turbo. This plate retains the groove for the factory o-ring, and eliminates the non-functional white plastic neck. Posting both a STEP file for CNC use and an STL. You'd need a very high-temp plastic if you want to 3D print it -- not PLA/PETG/ABS, etc.

Seems like there is interest. Please post in this thread if you are committed to getting one for $15 plus shipping (~$5 inside the US 50 states). I'll keep a running list and order once we get to at least 15 people.

Would you have any interest in making 10 or so of those? I would buy a bunch.

I normally "saw" off the nipple, so people don't accuse me or get confused about it, and think they are missing a radiator hose.

Sure, how many? My little CNC machine takes a long time, but I'm visiting my machine shop friend on Monday...

If I could get ten at $15 a pop I would do that. I will no doubt come knocking asking for more.

I'm not in a rush though, if you want to do them in a month or so.

Let me remind myself how long they take... What will you do with so many of them?

I work 944's a bunch, I'm pretty much the second to last guy in Orlando that is a 944 specialist too. I just don't advertise much, although I am changing that later this year, when I get some of my own personal stuff done, and a small backlog cleared. I'm actually in Utah right now, been working on four different Transaxles, I'll have a post on my IG once I get home about the trip.
