Hello, I'm almost done with my 944 timing belt replacement and have 2 hoses I cannot identify. Where do these go?
Air box and coolant reservoir.

I'm not an N/A guy, but am pretty sure the first one connected to the timing belt cover originally to vent it (for some reason), but Porsche stopped doing that along the way and issued a TSB to just cap it off. Hopefully, someone more familiar with the n/a can confirm that. The second one is for coolant overflow and does not connect to anything -- just dumps coolant on the ground to keep other parts of the system from bursting open -- rarely a good sign when you see overflow.

yes, the larger one goes to the timing belt cover and overflow is correct.
