This is for the older style 3 piece OPRV. I recently replaced the oil cooler housing o-rings and gaskets and found one on Thingiverse but I made this with a larger shoulder so it's easier to sit it square in the housing.

I printed in PLA with 5 walls and about 50% infill with random seam. Probably overkill, bit it worked perfectly for the job.

If your printer produces z-seam zits it might need some light sanding on the thinnest part where it slides into the block.

Thanks for this! Needed to realign mine today and could not locate my tool and this saved the day. Perfect use case for "need a tool right now - make it"
