Are there any videos on how to remove the stock manual knob?

Has anyone used the Medium weight (200-300 g)? If so, how do you like it?
Yes, videos show how simple it is: Twist the collar, pull up.

I just sold my medium weight SS knob. It was not to my liking. I find no benefit to heavy knobs on this gearbox. Others feel the opposite.

I installed my SS knob last week. I really like it. It is the medium weight. It feels good in my hand and much more solid than the stock knob.
